About this role

We are looking for an Instructional Designer Team Lead for our Learning & Development Team — a role focused on solving business and performance challenges through learning rather than simply creating training content.

  • Formulate learning hypotheses, validate them through pilots and iterations, and continuously improve learning solutions based on data
  • Apply both learning and business metrics to evaluate effectiveness and measure impact
  • Design MVP learning solutions and pilot programs before scaling initiatives across the organization
  • Partner with L&D Project Managers to analyze results, identify what worked, and iterate on future solutions
  • Maintain and continuously improve the knowledge base, ensuring it remains a practical tool rather than a static repository

  • Strong systems thinking and the ability to make decisions in situations with incomplete or ambiguous information
  • Confidence to challenge training requests when learning is not the right solution and recommend a more effective approach
  • C1 English level for effective communication with an international team
