Buscamos un ingeniero de procesos cuya principal misión será diseñar, integrar y mejorar procesos y sistemas de fabricación bajo la guía de perfiles senior, así como participar en el desarrollo de nuevos métodos, apoyar la implementación de sistemas productivos y contribuir al PPAP y mediciones FTF para garantizar eficiencia, calidad y competitividadJob Description:
Principales responsabilidades
- Apoyar el diseño y la mejora de procesos, métodos y equipamiento de fabricación.
- Colaborar en el desarrollo de soluciones de ingeniería y pruebas de viabilidad.
- Contribuir a la creación de estándares y especificaciones de ingeniería.
- Realizar inspecciones técnicas con supervisión senior.
- Analizar datos y apoyar en la toma de decisiones técnicas.
- Identificar mejoras en procesos y participar en iniciativas de cambio.
- Colaborar en actividades de gestión de proyectos.
- Mantener relaciones eficaces con clientes internos y proveedores.
- Garantizar el cumplimiento de normas de Seguridad, Salud y Medio Ambiente.
Required Skills and Education
Lo que buscamos
- Formación universitaria o máster en ingeniería.
- Entre 3 y 6 años de experiencia en procesos industriales, ingeniería de planta o áreas similares.
- Capacidad para analizar datos, diseñar procesos y proponer mejoras.
- Habilidades para trabajar de forma autónoma, pero colaborando con perfiles senior.
- Excelentes capacidades de comunicación, planificación y resolución de problemas.
- Interés por tecnologías avanzadas y mejora continua.
