Dirigir, revisar y aprobar las justificaciones financieras de todos los proyectos de inversión.

Job Description:

• Decisiones de negocio: proporcionar el análisis financiero necesario para la toma de decisiones. Comunicar al resto del equipo directivo las consecuencias financieras de todas las  decisiones.
• Control presupuestario.
• Preparación y mantenimiento de costes.
• Supervisión de ofertas a clientes.
• Accounting and reporting: asegurarse de que la información financiera es correcta y se reporta a tiempo.
• Ayudar en la identificación de los riesgos del negocio (tanto operacionales como de imagen)
• Asegurarse de que todas las actuaciones se realizan de forma ética y legal.
• Mantener los estándares adecuados de Control de Dauch. Cumplir con los controles SOX y los mecanismos adecuados para la segregación de funciones.
• Asegurarse de actuar de enlace en las auditorías tanto externas como internas. Asegurarse de que se implementan todas las recomendaciones.

• Business decision-making: Provide the financial analysis required to support business decisions. Communicate the financial implications of all decisions to the wider management team.
• Budgetary control.
• Cost preparation and maintenance.
• Oversight of customer quotations and commercial proposals.
• Accounting and reporting: Ensure that financial information is accurate and reported in a timely manner.
• Assist in identifying business risks, including both operational and reputational risks.
• Ensure that all activities are conducted ethically and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Maintain appropriate internal control standards. Ensure compliance with SOX controls and implement adequate segregation of duties mechanisms.
• Act as the key liaison for both external and internal audits. Ensure that all audit recommendations are implemented.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Controlling/Financial Controlling.
• Proven experience in Product Costing, including the development and maintenance of cost models for both the Forging and Tooling/Dies operations.
• Strong business analysis capabilities, including evaluation of CAPEX investments, productivity improvement projects, and other strategic initiatives.
• Demonstrated leadership and seniority to effectively represent the plant before Top Management, employee representatives/unions, and other key stakeholders.
• Direct reporting line to the Legazpi Plant Director, with a matrix reporting line to the Finance Manager.
• Fluent English is required.
• Basque (Euskera) would be a significant advantage.
