Job Description

Responsable de liderar actividades de gestión de procesos y calidad en proyectos mineros, industriales o de procesos, asegurando el cumplimiento de normas, criterios y estándares establecidos, así como la mejora continua de los procesos asociados a la ejecución de proyectos.

Qualifications

• Ingeniero(a) Civil / Industrial / Ejecución titulado.
• 10 / 15 años de experiencia comprobada en gestión de procesos y calidad.
• Deseable postítulo en gestión de procesos y/o calidad.
• Conocimiento de:
  • Sistema Office MS.
  • Normas y criterios de procesos y calidad.
  • Sistema de Gestión de Proyectos Divisional.
• Capacidad de dirección, disciplina y liderazgo.
• Capacidad de análisis sistémico.
• Capacidad de análisis de vulnerabilidad.
• Rigurosidad.
• Capacidad de aseguramiento de calidad.
• Trabajo bajo presión.
• Liderazgo y trabajo en equipo
