Location: Houston, TX 77034 (near Hobby Airport)
Shift: 8am-4:30pm M-F
Pay: $25/ hour
Start: ASAP
Seeking an office or accounting administrator for a fast-paced industrial manufacturing shop.
- Manage daily office tasks: scheduling, ordering supplies, answering calls, guest reception, document management, and correspondence.
- Accounting Duties: A/R, cost accounting, create POs
- Experienced with BAAN for purchase orders
- Proficient with Microsoft platforms; Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook, Power Point, etc
- Intermediate to Advance Excel skills required
- Office is located in an industrial shop so industrial or manufacturing experience is preferred
- Bilingual (English/ Spanish) is a plus
- Background and drug screen required
