About this role
What You Can Expect:
- Apoyar en los procesos de reclutamiento y selección, incluyendo publicación de vacantes, filtro curricular y coordinación de entrevistas.
- Actualizar y gestionar bases de datos y documentación de candidatos y colaboradores, garantizando orden y confidencialidad.
- Brindar apoyo en los procesos de inducción y onboarding de nuevos colaboradores.
- Colaborar en la organización de capacitaciones, eventos internos y actividades de bienestar.
- Apoyar en la elaboración de reportes, presentaciones y seguimiento de indicadores de Gestión Humana.
- Gestionar el archivo físico y digital del área.
- Apoyar en la difusión de comunicaciones internas y campañas organizacionales.
- Colaborar en procesos relacionados con clima laboral y actividades administrativas de Gestión Humana.

- Estudiantes de últimos semestres de Psicología Organizacional, Trabajo Social, Administración de Empresas, Talento Humano, Recursos Humanos, Ingeniería Comercial o carreras afines.
- No se requiere experiencia laboral previa.
- Se valorará contar con experiencia previa en pasantías o prácticas preprofesionales, aunque no es un requisito excluyente.
- Manejo básico de herramientas de Microsoft Office.
- Habilidades: Comunicación efectiva, organización y planificación, atención al detalle, confidencialidad y ética profesional, orientación al servicio.
