Participar activamente en los proyectos de Recursos Humanos en planta Toluca de implementación, seguimiento e innovación en las áreas de Capacitación, Reclutamiento y selección, Nóminas, Cultura y personas.



Requerimientos

Estudiante con Seguro Facultativo por 1 año en Administracion, Ingenieria industrial, Ingeniería en Gestión empresarial, psicología o afines.

Job Summary:**

CROWN Americas LLC is seeking a highly motivated Human Resources Intern to support our HR department in various functions. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and contribute to key HR initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:**

* Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and preparing new hire paperwork.
* Support HR Generalists with employee relations activities, such as data gathering, documentation, and scheduling meetings.
* Maintain and update HR information systems and employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
* Assist with benefits administration tasks, including answering employee inquiries and processing enrollment changes.
* Conduct research and compile data for HR projects and reports, including compensation analysis, training initiatives, and policy development.
* Participate in the organization and execution of employee engagement activities and events.
* Perform general administrative duties for the HR department, such as filing, scanning, and managing correspondence.
* Support compliance efforts by assisting with audits and ensuring adherence to company policies and legal requirements.

Job Qualifications:**

* Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Prior office experience or customer service experience is a plus.
