About this role
We are looking for a motivated HRIS Intern to join our Human Resources team and support the administration, maintenance, and improvement of HR information systems. The role will provide hands-on experience in HR systems, employee data management, reporting, and HR process support.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
- Fresh graduate or currently enrolled student.
- Basic understanding of HR processes and HRIS systems.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.

- Support the HR team in maintaining and updating employee data in HRIS systems.
- Assist with data entry, validation, and reporting.
- Support HRIS-related requests and troubleshoot basic system issues.
- Assist in generating HR reports and analyzing HR data.
- Support system updates, testing, and implementation of HRIS processes.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data integrity.
- Assist in documenting HRIS procedures and processes.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve HRIS-related issues.
