What will you do:
Respond to employee/partner requests according to defined criteria, formalizing them in a tool (ServiceNow) across all administrative processes related to Personnel (Payroll, Benefits, etc.) and other areas (Recruitment, Training, Personal Data, etc.).
Analyze requests to best meet the needs of employees and partners.
Update information and data in the tools available to employees and/or partners.
Measure responses to employee/partner requests (quality/delivery times) in order to create, monitor, and challenge performance indicators for better management of the activity and associated progress.
Handle calls, respond to requests, and assist employees with information related to payroll, individual social reports, transportation, etc., using existing IT systems/tools.
What we’re looking for:
Excellent knowledge of French, Good knowledge of English
Proficient in using IT tools and systems Customer-oriented;
Proactive Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
