What You Can Expect:
- Du treibst die Einführung und Weiterentwicklung von Workday-Modulen und Reporting-Lösungen aktiv voran.

- Mit einem Blick fürs Detail stellst Du eine hohe Datenqualität sicher und optimierst bestehende Prozesse und Standards.
- Als Sparringspartner für HR und weitere Fachbereiche unterstützt Du Anwender rund um Workday, Reporting und HR-Daten und gestaltest die digitale Weiterentwicklung unserer HR-Landschaft aktiv mit.
- Du entwickelst Standards für das HR-Reporting und etablierst Self-Service-Dashboards, damit Führungskräfte und HR relevante Kennzahlen jederzeit transparent einsehen können.
What You Bring:
- Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit Schwerpunkt HR Analytics.
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in HR Analytics, HR Reporting, HR Controlling oder HR Systems bringst Du mit.
- Mit Workday sowie der Entwicklung von KPIs, Dashboards und Reports bist Du idealerweise vertraut.
- HR-Prozesse, Datenstrukturen und Reporting-Zusammenhänge verstehst Du ganzheitlich.
- Durch Dein analytisches Denkvermögen, Deine Affinität zu Zahlen und Deinen hohen Qualitätsanspruch lieferst Du verlässliche Ergebnisse und aussagekräftige Insights.
- Du überzeugst durch eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise, ein sicheres Auftreten und fließende Deutschkenntnisse.
