(HQ) Finance Analyst, Cash Management

The Finance Analyst supports daily treasury and cash management activities to ensure sufficient liquidity, accurate cash reporting, timely payment execution, and compliance with banking and KYC requirements. The role works closely with finance teams, regional offices, banks, and internal stakeholders to ensure that cash operations are executed accurately, on time, and with appropriate controls.

Key Responsibilities

Cash and Liquidity Management

• Monitor daily bank balances and cash positions across entities and currencies.
• Consolidate cash forecasts submitted by regional offices and follow up on significant variances.
• Support intercompany funding, fund transfers.
• Maintain accurate records of bank balances, deposits, bank guarantees, borrowings, and available credit facilities.
• Prepare daily and monthly cash position reports and reconcile bank balances to the general ledger.

Banking Administration

• Coordinate bank account opening, closure, maintenance, and changes to signing authority.
• Maintain an updated bank account master list, together with banking documents, agreements, correspondence, and approval records.
• Liaise with banks regarding account services, transaction inquiries, interest rates, bank charges, and operational issues.
• Support the administration and monitoring of credit facilities, guarantees, loans, and fixed deposits.

KYC and Compliance

• Coordinate Know Your Customer (KYC) reviews and bank information requests.
• Collect, verify, and submit corporate documents, including certificates of incorporation, registers of directors and shareholders, organizational charts, identification documents, and authorization forms.
• Monitor KYC renewal deadlines and follow up with relevant parties to ensure timely completion.
• Maintain complete and properly controlled KYC documentation.
• Support internal and external audit requirements, including bank confirmations and requests relating to cash, credit facilities, and payments.

Payment Administration

• Prepare and submit payments and bank transfers for approval and release in accordance with company policies and delegated approval authority.
• Verify payment instructions, supporting documents, bank details, approval authority, and payment due dates.
• Support the administration of authorized signatories and online banking access.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in treasury, cash management, banking, accounting, or finance administration.
• Knowledge of cash-flow management, payment processing, bank reconciliation, and KYC procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with online banking platforms or treasury management systems
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin Chinese, including written Traditional Chinese.
