About this role
Für ein international tätiges Industrieunternehmen suchen wir im exklusiven Auftrag eine erfahrene Führungspersönlichkeit, die die globale Kostenrechnung und das Product Costing verantwortet und gleichzeitig deren strategische Weiterentwicklung vorantreibt.
Die Rolle verbindet Manufacturing Controlling, Product Costing, Performance Steering und Finance Transformation. Neben der operativen End-to-End-Verantwortung für Cost Center Accounting, Cost & Activity Accounting sowie Product Costing geht es insbesondere darum, Transparenz über Herstellkosten, Abweichungen und wesentliche Kostentreiber zu schaffen und daraus konkrete Maßnahmen für das Business abzuleiten.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Globale Verantwortung für Cost Accounting und Product Costing innerhalb des Book-to-Report-Prozesses
- Steuerung von Standard- und Ist-Kalkulationen sowie Manufacturing Cost und Inventory Valuation
- Analyse und Steuerung von Material-, Produktions- und Overhead-Abweichungen
- Weiterentwicklung von Kostenrechnungsstrukturen, Kalkulationsmethodiken und internen Verrechnungssystemen
- Ausbau von Management Reporting und relevanten KPIs
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Production, Supply Chain, R&D und Commercial
- Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen, Datenqualität und Systemlandschaft, insbesondere in S/4HANA
- Identifikation und Umsetzung sinnvoller Automatisierungs- und AI-Anwendungsfälle im Finance-Umfeld
- Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung der globalen Cost-Accounting-Organisation
Voraussetzungen
Ihr Profil
Sie verfügen über fundierte Erfahrung im Cost Controlling, Product Costing, Manufacturing Controlling oder Cost Accounting eines internationalen Industrieunternehmens. Alternativ bringen Sie relevante Beratungserfahrung aus Finance-Transformation-Projekten mit einem klaren Implementierungsfokus mit.
Entscheidend sind ein sehr gutes Verständnis industrieller Wertschöpfungs- und Kostenstrukturen sowie tiefgehende Kenntnisse in SAP CO / S/4HANA, insbesondere Product Costing, Cost Center Accounting und idealerweise CO-PA bzw. Material Ledger. Neben analytischer Stärke suchen wir eine Persönlichkeit, die strategisch denken, Veränderungen umsetzen und unterschiedliche Stakeholder in Finance und Operations zusammenbringen kann.
