Vacatureomschrijving
• Je zorgt voor een seopel verloop van de productie in overeenstemming met de normen van HanaGroup
• Je produceert het hele assortiment (sushi, makis, california rolls, spring rolls, ...)
• Je beheert alle recepten
• Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opzetten van de koelkasten en de voorbereidingen
• Je respecteert de HACCP regels
• Je controleert dagelijks de houdbaarheidsdatum van de producten in de vitrine en koelkast
• Je onderhoudt de stand in zijn geheel : schoonmaken, vullen
• Je ruimt de voorraden op
Functie-eisen
• Je hebt een eerste ervaring in de keuken - als sushiman is het een pluspunt
• Je hebt een sterk gevoel voor kwaliteit en hygiëne (HACCP-normen)
• Team spirit
• Commerciële zin
