Job Description

Join our team in Visakhapatnam as a Guest Service Associate - Housekeeping! You will be at the heart of our hotel operations, taking ownership of guest rooms and creating memorable experiences for our valued guests. In this role, you'll ensure that every guest enjoys a clean, comfortable, and welcoming space while maintaining the highest standards of service and professionalism. Your attention to detail, warm personality, and commitment to excellence will directly contribute to guest satisfaction and loyalty.

• Clean and maintain all assigned guest rooms to our established standards, paying meticulous attention to every detail
• Anticipate guest needs and take initiative to personalize their experience, demonstrating genuine care and hospitality
• Respect and protect guest privacy and belongings while maintaining exceptional service standards
• Organize and manage your workload efficiently, prioritizing tasks to meet daily cleaning schedules
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns promptly to supervisors
• Restock supplies and maintain inventory of cleaning materials and guest amenities
• Respond professionally and empathetically to guest requests and special needs
• Adapt to changing priorities and guest requirements with flexibility and a positive attitude
• Contribute to a clean, organized, and inclusive work environment that supports team success

• Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience (preferred but not required)
