- Minimum of 10+ years of overall IT experience
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence & Reporting (any reporting tools like Power BI, Qlik or Tableau)
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Power BI
- Should have played a role definitely for at least 3-5 years working with customers directly to gather business requirement and arrive at intuitive and visually appealing designs
- Customer handling and soft skills are mandatory

- Workshops with business to understand business requirements in the BI context and design data models to convert raw data to meaningful insights
- Create dashboard and visually interactive reports using Power BI
- Identify KPI from the requirement and present the way in business can appreciate, monitor and track clearly
- Propose solution, negotiate with business and help them make right decisions through dashboard/ reports
- Design , Develop and Deploy Power BI reports ; Perform DAX queries and functions in Power BI
