Government Grants Specialist (Healthcare Software)

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Government Grants Specialist to help secure funding opportunities that support their continued growth and product development. Role Overview This role is ideal for someone experienced in identifying, applying for, and securing government grants, particularly within the US and Canadian markets. You will be responsible for researching relevant funding opportunities, managing application processes end-to-end, and ensuring high-quality submissions that align with company objectives. You will be given guidance on the types of grants to pursue but will be expected to independently drive the process, including outreach, application preparation, and submission. Key Responsibilities ● Research and identify relevant government grant opportunities in the US and Canada ● Manage the full lifecycle of grant applications, from discovery to submission ● Prepare, write, and submit high-quality grant proposals ● Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather required information and documentation ● Maintain accurate records of applications, deadlines, and outcomes ● Track and report on grant pipeline and success rates ● Ensure compliance with all grant requirements and guidelines ● Use internal systems (including Xero and Pluto) to support tracking and reporting
