Business Development Representative

About the Role We’re looking for a confident, highly articulate Sales Caller / Business Development Representative to support a targeted outbound calling campaign. This is not a high-volume cold-calling role. You’ll be speaking with senior decision-makers at established businesses, including CEOs, COOs, Chairmen, and Founders. The target list is highly targeted and carefully researched, so your ability to communicate professionally, build rapport quickly, and deliver a concise, compelling message is critical. You’ll be provided with a punchy, well-developed script and a focused list of prospects. Your role will be to confidently make outbound calls, engage senior executives, and create opportunities for further conversations. Key Responsibilities ● Make outbound calls to a highly targeted list of business executives ● Speak confidently and naturally with CEOs, COOs, Founders, Chairmen, and other senior decision-makers ● Follow and deliver a structured sales script while keeping conversations conversational ● Quickly establish rapport and credibility over the phone ● Handle initial objections professionally and confidently ● Accurately record call outcomes and prospect information ● Maintain consistent activity and follow-up throughout the week ● Work closely with the business owner and follow feedback to continuously improve performance.
