About the Role
We are hiring a German Language Trainer to deliver our CEFR-aligned VOICE German™ curriculum (A1–B2) to nursing candidates preparing for Germany placements. This is a structured, full-time classroom delivery role with defined curriculum, assessments, and outcome accountability.
Key Requirements
• C1 proficiency in German (mandatory)
• Minimum 3 years’ experience teaching adult learners
• Familiarity with Goethe-Institut / TELC exam standards
• Strong spoken German and classroom delivery skills
• Open to relocation before June 15, 2026
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver 4+ hours of daily on-site training
• Conduct weekly assessments and level evaluations
• Prepare candidates for B1 & B2 certification
• Track progress and report to L&D / Programme team
Compensation & Start Date
₹70,000/month (fixed) + performance incentives
Start on or before June 15, 2026
