About this role
Descripción del puesto:
Liderar integralmente las áreas Administrativa, de Recursos Humanos y Seguridad e Higiene Ocupacional (SHO) en una empresa del sector construcción. La posición tendrá un enfoque estratégico y operativo, con alta capacidad de decisión para estructurar procesos, garantizar la continuidad del negocio y generar mayor eficiencia en la operación interna.
Funciones específicas:
- Liderar y gestionar integralmente las áreas Administrativa y de Recursos Humanos, asegurando la correcta operación de ambas funciones.
- Supervisar la gestión de Seguridad e Higiene Ocupacional (SHO), garantizando el cumplimiento de normativas y buenas prácticas.
- Optimizar y estructurar procesos administrativos y de Recursos Humanos, asegurando orden, agilidad y eficiencia operativa.
- Actuar como socio estratégico de la Gerencia General, aportando criterio profesional y capacidad de decisión ante situaciones críticas.
- Liderar y desarrollar al equipo a cargo, asegurando compromiso, desempeño y alineación con los objetivos organizacionales.
Requisitos:
- Indispensable experiencia comprobada en el sector construcción.
- Experiencia liderando simultáneamente las áreas Administrativa y de Recursos Humanos.
- Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en posiciones gerenciales con responsabilidad sobre equipos y toma de decisiones.
- Conocimiento en Seguridad e Higiene Ocupacional y cumplimiento de normativas aplicables al sector construcción.
- Sólida capacidad de liderazgo, organización y toma de decisiones.
