Descripción de la vacante:
Importante empresa líder en la comercialización de soluciones tecnológicas y productos de seguridad, nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un Supervisor de Tienda.
El objetivo principal del puesto es liderar las operaciones comerciales y administrativas de las sucursales asignadas, garantizando el cumplimiento de los objetivos de venta, la correcta gestión del inventario de alta especialidad y el desarrollo de un equipo de trabajo enfocado en la excelencia del servicio y la asesoría técnica.
Responsabilidades:
- Supervisar y ejecutar las estrategias comerciales para alcanzar las metas de venta mensuales de la sucursal.
- Coordinar y supervisar los inventarios cíclicos, asegurando el correcto stock, almacenamiento y resguardo de productos de alto valor.
- Atender de manera directa a clientes clave y resolver incidencias operativas.
- Implementar estrategias para elevar el valor de compra por cliente.
Requisitos:
- Mínimo 3 años comprobables en posiciones de supervisión o coordinación de puntos de venta (Retail o B2B), preferiblemente en los sectores de retail, electrónica, ferretería industrial o seguridad.
- Graduado universitario en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial, Mercadotecnia, Ingeniería en Electrónica, Sistemas o carreras afines.
- Experiencia sólida y comprobable gestionando diversos puntos de venta de manera directa.
- Experiencia indispensable gestionando tiendas bajo un modelo de indicadores (KPIs comerciales y operativos).
