主にWeb/モバイルやクラウドテクノロジーを活用したプロジェクトにおいて、Tech Leadとして国内外のエンジニアと協業しながら開発を主導して頂きます。 即戦力だけではなく、ポテンシャルを重視して選考させて頂きます。 職務内容 顧客要望のヒアリング、要件定義や業務プロセス定義、アーキテクチャ設計 React/Next.jsを用いたフロントエンドシステム、node.jsやJavaを用いたバックエンドシステムの設計・開発 技術検証、PoC クラウド環境（Azure）の設計・構築 Requirements 必須スキル Webアプリケーション開発経験5年以上 アジャイル開発経験 顧客要件定義・設計、品質レビュー経験 クラウドネイティブな環境でのシステム構築経験 React、JavaScript、TypeScript、REST API設計経験 日本語N1レベル以上 歓迎要件 中規模プロジェクトのチームマネジメント経験 英語能力 CI/CD構築経験 AI駆動開発/AIネイティブ開発に興味がある方
