TogetherWork is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer with 1-3 years of experience to join our engineering team, building and maintaining high-quality SaaS applications on our modern technology stack.
This is a hands-on engineering role best suited to someone early in their career who wants to grow across the full stack rather than specialize in a single layer. Working alongside experienced engineers, you will develop front-end and back-end components, learn established engineering practices, and take on increasingly complex development tasks as your skills grow. You will write clean, secure, testable code and collaborate across teams, including Product Managers and Product Owners, to deliver features that create customer value.
What You'll Do

- Write clean, well-documented, and testable code that's reusable and scalable
- Participate in code reviews, learning and implementing best practices to improve code quality
- Develop and maintain both front-end and back-end components of applications
- Collaborate with Product Managers to understand requirements and with Product Owners to refine them, including non-functional requirements
- Leverage industry-standard development tools, integrated development environments (IDEs), and AI-assisted tools to enhance productivity and code quality
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across non-production and production environments
- AI-Augmented Development: Use approved AI tools as active tools in your daily workflow to accelerate delivery. Evaluate AI-generated code critically and refine it for production readiness.
- Security & Authorization: Follow established authentication, authorization, and secure coding practices. Learn proper handling of keys, tokens, and sensitive data with guidance from experienced engineers.
- Quality and Stability: Write and maintain tests, use established logging and monitoring practices, and follow safe deployment processes to support reliable releases.
