Solution Architect – AI / GenAI (Salesforce / ServiceNow) Location: India / US (Remote/Hybrid) Company: Neuron7.ai Role Overview We are looking for a highly skilled Solution Architect with deep expertise in Salesforce or ServiceNow ecosystems, combined with strong experience in AI/GenAI implementations. This role will focus on designing and delivering enterprise-grade solutions leveraging LLMs, RAG architectures, NLP, and AI integrations for Field Service and Customer Service workflows. Key Responsibilities Design end-to-end solution architectures integrating AI/GenAI capabilities into Salesforce / ServiceNow platforms Lead implementation of RAG pipelines, LLM-based workflows, and NLP-driven automation Architect scalable integrations using APIs, middleware, and event-driven systems Define and implement AI guardrails, governance, and responsible AI practices Work with MCP protocols, tool orchestration, and agent-based systems Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer teams to deliver enterprise solutions Drive solution design workshops, customer demos, and technical discovery sessions Ensure performance, scalability, security, and reliability of deployed solutions Required Qualifications 8–15+ years of experience in solution architecture / enterprise systems Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce (Service Cloud / Field Service) or ServiceNow (ITSM / CSM / FSM) Proven experience in AI/GenAI implementations (LLMs, RAG, NLP, semantic search) Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise platforms via APIs and microservices Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and distributed systems Experience with data pipelines, vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval systems Strong communication skills with the ability to work with enterprise stakeholders Our Values At Neuron7.ai, we are guided by integrity, innovation, customer obsession, and continuous learning.
