Al Gahwa Al Arabiya is seeking a skilled and passionate Food & Beverage Maker & Trainer to join our growing team. If you have extensive experience in the coffee and F&B industry and enjoy sharing your expertise through training and development, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and develop high-quality coffee and beverage products.
• Train staff on beverage preparation, presentation, and customer service standards.
• Develop and maintain beverage recipes and preparation procedures.
• Ensure consistency in product quality and adherence to company standards.
• Monitor hygiene, food safety, and operational best practices.
• Support new product development and menu innovation.
• Mentor team members to improve their technical skills and product knowledge.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in the coffee and food & beverage industry.
• Comprehensive knowledge of coffee preparation, brewing methods, beverages, and F&B operations.
• Previous experience in training and coaching staff is preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Passion for delivering high-quality products and excellent customer experiences.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
