Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic Food & Beverage Duty Manager to join our team at Sola Restaurant & Bar. This hands-on leadership role will support daily operations, lead from the floor and ensure exceptional guest experiences through strong service standards and team engagement.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead daily Food & Beverage operations and support service excellence.
- Coach and motivate the team to deliver memorable guest experiences.
- Manage guest interactions, feedback and service recovery.
- Maintain high standards across presentation, beverage service and compliance.
- Support stock control, training and team development.
- Work closely with Kitchen and Front Office teams to deliver seamless service.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Previous leadership experience in Food & Beverage or hospitality operations.
- Strong guest service focus with excellent communication skills.
- A hands-on approach with the ability to lead and support a team.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- Experience with Micros, Opera and 7Rooms is highly desirable.
