岗位职责 Job Requirements (Principal Responsibilities)
- 按照操作规程操作日用槽区，急冷水槽区，反应区，工艺区安全的完成开停车、转产、正常生产的操作和巡检，及时取样。
- 保证现场生产条件按照产品运行单执行。
- 配合每月盘点打尺工作。
- 及时准确地做好交接班记录。
- 参加安全会，并且完成安全培训，按时完成SUSA，汇报所有的Nearmiss.
- 做好自己责任区域的5S。
- 完成主管交给的其它临时工作。

- 反应灵敏，注重细节。
- 高度关注安全细节。
- 书写和语言沟通能力，具有积极的聆听能力。有能力和其它生产线协同操作。
