Position Summary岗位概述 

• 严格遵守公司各项SH&E方针和相关程序规定，持续提高自己的安全意识和风险辨识能力。 

• 严格按照ISO9000、ISO14001、RC14001的标准，确保各项工作能达到各体系的要求 

• 严格执行安全生产要求，按规定岗位正确佩戴和使用个人防护用品； 

• 严格按照《作业指导书》要求进行岗位机台操作，按质按量完成生产任务； 

• 负责本班组的生产记录标识及车间5S相关工作； 

• 对生产异常情况及时应急处理和上报； 

Job Requirements (Principal Responsibilities) 工作要求（主要职责） 

• 遵守公司及部门各项规章制度； 

• 精神饱满，工作积极，全心全意投入到工作中； 

• 按照组长工作安排进行日常生产操作或其它工作； 

• 严格按照《作业指导书》要求进行岗位机台操作及生产操作，按质按量完成生产任务； 

• 做好机台生产参数检查，物料的取样报检，以及生产过程巡检； 

• 做好相关的生产记录标识，做好车间5S相关工作。 

• 生产前作好岗位安全确认，确保安全生产。 

• 按要求完成有关部门下达的试产工作任务； 

• 协助组长或文员做好物料的领取、入仓、盘点工作； 

• 生产中发现异常及时处理并向组长等相关人员汇报； 

• 严格执行安全要求，发现未遂事件第一时间上报并参与RCA分析； 

• 按要求完成机台、消防设施、应急设备和物品的日常点检工作； 

• 需要DCS操作，根据生产程序完成各单元操作，随时干预系统运行,确保安全正常生产 

• 严格遵守公司各项SH&E方针和相关程序规定，持续提高自己的安全意识和风险辨识能力。严格按照ISO9000、ISO14001、RC14001、IATF16949的标准，确保各项工作能达到各体系的要求； 

• 严格遵守公司的各项安全规定包括员工安全要求（责任）18条，管理团队安全要求（责任）13条，安全、健康、环保相关规定，对发现的安全隐患应及时上报； 

• 完成上级交办的其它工作； 

• 本岗位需要轮班、参与夜班倒班。 

Competencies (Knowledge, Skills and Behaviors)  能力（知识、技能和行为） 

• 熟悉现场生产操作规程、安全生产要求。 

• 具有一定的安全生产知识，对生产过程中存在的安全、质量隐患有一定的识别能力。 

• 具备一定的应急处理的能力。 

Education/Experience 教育/经验 

• 大专或中专5年以上工作经验。 

• 有化工类工厂工作经验。 

• 良好的安全生产意识。
