Provide professional, warm and efficient food and beverage service to guests at Brio, ensuring an exceptional dining experience in accordance with Anantara's luxury service standards and the outlet's operational procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests in a warm, friendly and professional manner.
• Provide efficient and personalized food and beverage service throughout the guest's dining experience.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate orders clearly to the kitchen and bar.
• Maintain excellent knowledge of Brio's Italian menu, ingredients, preparation methods, beverages and promotions.
• Explain menu items and provide recommendations based on guests' preferences and dietary requirements.
• Have good knowledge of Italian food, including pasta, pizza, salads, cheeses and cured meats.
• Assist guests with wine and beverage selections and provide basic wine service when required.
• Set up tables, side stations and service areas according to Brio's standards.
• Serve food and beverages professionally and efficiently.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal and proactively respond to guest needs.
• Clear and reset tables promptly while maintaining a clean and organized restaurant environment.
• Process orders and payments accurately using the POS system.
• Coordinate closely with Kitchen, Bar, Hostess and other F&B team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle guest requests, feedback and complaints professionally and report issues to the Supervisor/Manager when necessary.
• Support upselling of food, wine and other beverages to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue.
• Ensure proper food hygiene, sanitation, health and safety standards are maintained.
• Maintain professional grooming, personal hygiene and appearance according to Anantara standards.
• Participate in departmental training and continuously develop food, wine and service knowledge.
• Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the F&B Supervisor or Manager.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Vocational Certificate.
• Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Food & Beverage or related field is an advantage.
• Previous experience in Food & Beverage / Restaurant operations is preferred.
• Experience in a 5-star hotel, luxury resort, Italian restaurant or fine-dining restaurant is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of food and beverage service procedures.
• Knowledge of Italian cuisine is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of pasta, pizza, Italian cheeses, cured meats and Italian ingredients.
• Basic wine knowledge and wine service is an advantage.
• Knowledge of POS systems is preferred.
• Basic understanding of food hygiene, sanitation and safety standards.
• Good command of spoken English to communicate with international guests.
