About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and proactive Executive – Fundraising & Corporate Partnerships who will help expand our partnerships with corporates, foundations, and CSR teams. The role focuses on building meaningful collaborations that support youth development initiatives and create long-term impact.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys relationship-building, storytelling, and connecting organisations with social impact opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Corporate Partnerships
Identify and build relationships with corporate CSR teams and foundations.
Develop and manage partnerships with companies interested in youth development programs.
Maintain regular engagement with existing partners to strengthen relationships.
2. Fundraising & Resource Mobilisation
Support in identifying funding opportunities through CSR, foundations, and corporate grants.
Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and partnership pitches.
Track funding pipelines and maintain a donor database.
3. Partnership Development
Coordinate meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with potential partners.
Work closely with program teams to align partnership opportunities with program needs.
4. Communication & Reporting
Support the development of partnership communication materials and impact updates.
Prepare reports and updates for partners, highlighting program impact.
Skills & Experience
- 0 - 4 years of experience in fundraising, CSR partnerships, corporate relations, or business development.
- Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
- Good communication and presentation abilities.
- Experience in proposal writing and donor engagement is preferred.
- Interest in youth development, education, or social impact initiatives.
