What you'll own Calendar, meetings, and scheduling conflicts across time zones Inbox triage, drafting responses, and closing follow-up loops Tracking tasks, deadlines, and action items so nothing slips Meeting prep, notes, and outcome follow-through Coordinating with internal team and external stakeholders Handling confidential information with full discretion Requirements What you bring 2+ years as an EA or PA to senior leadership Sharp written English and clean, professional communication Strong organization and relentless follow-through Proven ability to juggle competing priorities without dropping any Hands-on with Zoho apps and task tools Available during GST business hours and calendar
