Job Description

Skillbridge Academy is seeking enthusiastic and dependable Event Staff to assist with the preparation, coordination, and execution of company events.

In this role, you will work directly with team members, attendees, and event coordinators to help ensure each event runs smoothly from setup through completion. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in an active environment, and wants to develop valuable skills in event coordination, communication, organization, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist with event preparation, setup, and breakdown.

• Welcome attendees and provide professional, friendly assistance.

• Help coordinate event activities and maintain an organized environment.

• Provide guests with directions, information, and general support.

• Work closely with event coordinators and other team members.

• Assist with registration, check-in, materials, and event resources.

• Help maintain presentation and organization standards throughout events.

• Respond professionally to attendee questions and requests.

• Support logistical needs before, during, and after events.

• Represent Skillbridge Academy in a professional and positive manner.

• Competitive salary of $34,000 – $39,000 annually
