Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests as they arrive at events, providing information and directions as needed
- Manage ticketing and registration processes efficiently and accurately
- Monitor event venues to ensure safety protocols and regulations are followed
- Assist in the setup, maintenance, and breakdown of event equipment and materials
- Provide support to event coordinators and vendors to ensure seamless operations
- Handle crowd control and assist with managing queues to promote an orderly environment
Qualifications
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as events demand
- Capable of standing and walking for extended periods during events
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Previous experience in customer service or event support is preferred but not required
