ESG & Communication Officer
About this role
Overview / Përmbledhje
The ESG & Communication Officer will help put in place the company ESG strategy, in line with Group guidelines. The role coordinates ESG efforts across departments, including Environment, Health & Safety, Quality and HR. It also manages stakeholder relations in a consistent, structured and interactive way.
Responsibilities / Përgjegjësitë
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Plans, implements and/or coordinates all activities related to ESG & Stakeholders’ communication ensuring quality and timely execution including:
- Maintenance of communication documents;
- Print communication, press releases, fact sheets, integrated report, etc.
- Meetings with stakeholders;
- Events organization;
- Updates of data in corporate databases and social media;
- Prepares annual ESG plan and monitors its implementation including follow up on ESG projects;
- Manage stakeholder relationships, with particular attention to the local community, and act as the main contact for stakeholder requests and complaints
- Identify and partner with local communities, NGOs, academic institution, experts and civil society organizations on shared initiatives
- Cooperate with business networks and Group ESG function to continuously improve ESG performance
- Prepare proposals and materials for the ESG Committee on initiatives, partnerships and communication
- Raise awareness of ESG values and principles, both internally and externally, in line with Group priorities
- Represent the company at local and international events and support the positive public image
Qualifications / Kualifikimet
University degree in relevant filed
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Fluency in Albanian and English.
