ERP Training & Support Officer to support the effective use of our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
The successful candidate should have a good understanding of business processes, strong system aptitude, and the ability to train and support users in a practical and easy to understand manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Train and support employees across different departments.
- Prepare simple user guides and training materials.
- Troubleshoot user and system related issues and identify corrective actions.
- Understand business processes and ensure users are applying the system correctly.
- Assist with system testing and process validation.
- Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements to training or system use.
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Good understanding of general business processes.
- Strong communication, training, and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong computer literacy and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
