As Hospital Manager, you’ll work closely with our Regional Manager and medical leadership to ensure smooth operations, drive team development, and maintain our commitment to outstanding client service.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Inspire and mentor a team of technicians and receptionists while fostering a supportive and collaborative culture.

• Operational Oversight: Manage daily hospital operations, streamline workflows, and ensure a safe, efficient, and compliant work environment.

• Client Experience: Uphold our high standards for client service, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to compassionate care.

• Financial Management: Lead budgeting efforts, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and contribute to the hospital’s profitability and long-term success.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking an experienced, motivated professional with:

• Veterinary Management Experience: Prior experience managing a veterinary team and clinic operations; ER and equine experience is a plus.

• Strong Communication Skills: Proven ability to lead, resolve conflicts, and communicate effectively with clients and staff.

• Financial Acumen: Familiarity with revenue management, inventory control, and payroll systems.

• Adaptability: Willingness to work some evenings and weekends to support hospital needs.

• Passion for Pets: A genuine love for animals and dedication to providing top-tier care.
