As an Energy Sales Representative, you will:

• Meet face-to-face with homeowners throughout the Greater Pittsburgh area to introduce renewable energy solutions
• Build genuine relationships by having confident, informative conversations that help customers make educated energy decisions
• Guide customers through a simple enrollment process while delivering outstanding customer experience
• Develop valuable communication, sales, and leadership skills through hands-on training and daily coaching
• Set personal goals, track your progress, and celebrate your wins as you continue to grow
• Work alongside a supportive, high-energy team that pushes each other to succeed

Qualifications

• Weekly Pay: $700–$900+/week — base pay + uncapped commissions
• Top performers earn $55,000–$75,000+ annually with no cap on what you can achieve

Who We're Looking For

• Available Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM–8:00 PM
• At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States

Sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or leadership experience is a plus — but not required. If you have a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn, we'll teach you the rest.
