The Tools & Automation Engineer plays a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency through the development and maintenance of automation tools. 1. Develop And Implement Configuration Management Scripts Using Tools Like Bmc Remedy And Ca Service Desk, Ensuring Adherence To Best Practices And Project Requirements.
2. Maintain And Troubleshoot Existing Automation Solutions, Utilizing Itil Frameworks To Resolve Incidents And Enhance System Performance.
3. Collaborate With Clients To Gather Requirements And Develop New Features Within The Scope Of Automation Tools, Ensuring Timely And Accurate Delivery.
4. Document Processes, Configurations, And Updates To Ensure Knowledge Sharing And Compliance With Itil Standards.
