What You'll Do

  • Manage product certification and ensure regulatory alignment for gaming products.
  • Act as the compliance overseer, handling submissions for UL, CSA, FCC, CE, and RCM requirements.
  • Maintain submission documents and compliance records meticulously.
  • Communicate effectively with certification bodies and third-party test laboratories.
  • Acquire quotations and raise purchase orders, monitoring their progress.
  • Coordinate product samples and testing activities to ensure timely execution.
  • Monitor schedules, assess risks, and track open actions rigorously.
  • Provide accurate status updates to the business, ensuring transparency and clarity.
  • Work closely with engineers to understand technical challenges and progress them on your own.
  • Challenge or clarify information to ensure practical resolution rather than merely relaying messages.
  • Build a comprehensive knowledge of electrical regulations and handle certification procedures until they are concluded.
  • Independently coordinate smaller innovation or hardware-related projects in the United States during periods of available capacity.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in managing product certification and fulfilling compliance requirements.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to work autonomously.
  • Technical capability to understand and address engineering issues.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to engage and work effectively with engineers and other collaborators.
  • Diligent and highly organized, with detailed record-keeping abilities.
  • Experience in handling submissions for regulatory requirements such as UL, CSA, FCC, CE, and RCM.
  • Capability to watch over schedules, detect risks, and keep a strict record of actions.
  • Familiarity with electrical regulatory compliance is highly desirable.
  • Ambitious and driven to successfully implement projects and drive them to completion.
