About this role
- تشخيص وإصلاح لوحات الجهد المنخفض والمتوسط، والقواطع الكهربائية، ولوحات التحويل الآلي (ATS)، والمولدات، والمحركات الكهربائية.
- تنفيذ أعمال الصيانة الكهربائية الدورية للغلايات، وأنظمة البخار، وغرف التبريد، ولوحات التحكم.
- تحديد أسباب الأعطال الكهربائية مثل القصر الكهربائي، وتسريب التيار، وعدم اتزان الفازات، وانخفاض الجهد.
- تشخيص أعطال أنظمة الـ PLC والأتمتة وتتبع الأعطال حتى وحدات الإدخال والإخراج (I/O).
- تنفيذ برامج الصيانة الوقائية للوحات والمعدات الكهربائية.
- التأكد من مطابقة اللوحات الكهربائية لمتطلبات HACCP وGMP وحمايتها من المياه أثناء عمليات الغسيل.
- تطبيق إجراءات السلامة الكهربائية ونظام العزل وتأمين مصادر الطاقة (LOTO).
- صيانة وإصلاح ماكينات تصنيع وتغليف الشوكولاتة، وماكينات VFFS وFlow Pack والليبلينج والتعبئة.
- خبرة من 7 إلى 10 سنوات كفني صيانة كهربائية في مصانع الأغذية أو الـ FMCG أو مخازن التبريد.
- القدرة على العمل في الورديات، والعمل على السلالم وداخل غرف التبريد.
- المهارات الفنية
- تشغيل وصيانة واستكشاف أعطال المولدات الكهربائية ولوحات ATS.
- صيانة الدوائر الكهربائية وأنظمة الأمان الخاصة بالغلايات.
- تشخيص الأعطال الكهربائية باستخدام أجهزة القياس المختلفة.
- صيانة لوحات التحكم بالمحركات (MCC).
- التعامل مع أجهزة الـ VFD والسيرفو موتور.
- تركيب وصيانة ومعايرة أجهزة القياس والحساسات الصناعية.
- تشخيص أعطال أنظمة الـ PLC.
- صيانة الأنظمة الكهربائية الخاصة بغرف التبريد.
- قراءة المخططات الكهربائية ودوائر التحكم.
- التعامل مع اللوحات الكهربائية المقاومة للمياه (IP65/IP67).
- تصميم وتركيب لوحات توزيع الكهرباء (Power Distribution Panels).
