متابعة معدلات الإنتاج كل ساعة واتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية اللازمة عند الحاجة.
التأكد من توافر مواد التعبئة والتغليف لتنفيذ خطة الإنتاج.
ضمان الالتزام بإجراءات التشغيل القياسية SOPs وممارسات التصنيع الجيدة GMP ومعايير النظافة.
عزل الدُفعات غير المطابقة وإجراء تحليل السبب الجذري واتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية.
