  • Domain Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with catalog management, product listings, taxonomy, and platforms like Shopify, BigCommerce, or Amazon.

  • Data & RCA: Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills with direct experience in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and operational reporting.

  • Client Management: Confident verbal and written communication for client calls and escalation handling.

  • SEO & Marketplace management: Candidate must know about complete SEO and Marketplace operations to understand the client needs.

  • Catalogue and Inventory Management: Important to know about Catalogue and Inventory to support team mates on the required work.
