ECA - Trainer BFSI (BCBF, Tally) - WFO - Angel One Chennai

Purpose of the Role To deliver high-quality training that follows company methodology and matches to the skills required by the corporate clients.

Key Deliverables • Deliver high-quality, engaging sessions (online/offline) aligned with the training curriculum. • Ensure consistent adherence to timelines and completion of the course as per the schedule • Maintain active learner participation throughout the course using innovative teaching methods. • Encourage and guide learners to provide course ratings, aiming for the 80% feedback target. • Motivate learners to refer their peers to the program, supporting the 2 referrals per incepted learner goal • implement interventions to minimize dropout rates to less than 20%

Job Responsibility • Regularly coordinate with the Training Manager regarding all training activities and process steps • Prepare learners for the job market by conducting: · Mock interviews · Resume-building workshops · Job portal navigation training • Encourage and assist 80% of learners completing training to apply for at least 5 jobs on the Job Portal. • Work with the Dedicated Placement Manager in mid and final assessments to gauge employability of learners • Counsel learners regularly to ensure fewer dropouts and greater acceptance of placement opportunities • Engage with learners and provide feedback on learner’s progress and learning • Work with the Training manager to incorporate learner feedback into future processes and content • Provide regular feedback to the Training Manager on training content and the need for local customization • Submit detailed performance reports on learner progress, attendance, and feedback at regular intervals
