About this role

Job Summary

Lead and facilitate the design and architecture sessions with clients  

Mentor other consultants in terms of PM, BA and/or Technical skills  

Have a desire to contribute towards the continuous improvement and growth of the PowerObjects team.  

Be an expert in field of expertise and seen as go-to person to work through technical and functional challenges

Continually leads by example and encourages others to adopt an approach of continually learning and seeking to stay in line with technology  

Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities showing an aptitude and willingness for educating and guiding team members  

Experienced manager of people with a desire to elevate those around you  

Proven in ensuring adherence to processes, methodology and quality  

Experience in evolving methodologies and ways of working

Excellent communicator with proven ability to manage upwards as well as managing a team  

Ability to be involved in supporting pre-sales activities and capable of promoting PowerObjects Proven Process and other methodologies  

Key Responsibilities

Strong relationship builder and negotiator  

Be an advisor to customers and other consultants  

Help customers define processes when there are no processes in place  

Advise customers on best practices for CRM processes, user interface, and architecture  

Assist technical consultants with architecting CRM or xRM system, related customisations, and report to model the client’s organisational processes  

Create Functional and Technical Specifications documentation for the project  

Skill Requirements

1. Proficiency in crm systems, specifically microsoft dynamics 365 customer engagement (d365 ce)
2. Strong understanding of crm concepts, data structures, and data models
3. Experience with ootb configurations in d365 ce
4. Ability to perform customizations in d365 ce to meet unique business requirements
5. Knowledge of crm integration with other systems and applications
6. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
7. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

Other Requirements

1.Microsoft Certified1.Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect Expert certification is preferred
