Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Solution Design & Architecture
- Lead end-to-end technical design across D365 Project Operations and Field Service
- Define scalable, secure, and high-performance solution architectures
- Ensure alignment with Microsoft best practices and industry standards
- Technical Delivery
- Drive development using Dataverse, plugins, workflows, Power Platform, and integrations
- Oversee customization and configuration for:
- Resource scheduling & dispatch optimization
- Project planning, costing, and billing
- Ensure code quality, version control, and DevOps best practices
- Integration & Data Management
- Design and implement integrations with ERP, CRM, and third-party systems using:
- Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus)
- APIs and middleware platforms
- Oversee data migration and synchronization strategies
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor developers and technical consultants
- Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and performance tuning
- Collaborate with functional consultants, architects, and client stakeholders
- Governance & Quality
- Establish coding standards, architecture guidelines, and best practices
- Ensure adherence to ALM, CI/CD pipelines, and release management
- Manage technical risks and issue resolution
- Client Engagement
- Act as technical SPOC for customers
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Support pre-sales, estimations, and solutioning as needed
Skill Requirements
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in Dynamics 365 Project Operations and Field Service implementations
- Deep expertise in:
- Dataverse, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
- C#, .NET, JavaScript, Plugins & Custom Workflows
- Experience with:
- Resource Scheduling Optimization (RSO)
- Project accounting, time & expense, and work order management
- Strong integration experience using:
- Azure Integration Services
- REST/SOAP APIs
- Hands-on experience in DevOps (Azure DevOps), CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of security model, role-based access, and performance tuning
- Experience in large-scale enterprise implementations
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform
- Prior experience in end-to-end D365 CRM + ERP integrated programs
- Exposure to Copilot/AI capabilities within Dynamics ecosystem
- Experience working in global delivery / multi-shore models
