About this role
Job Responsibilities:
- Approval processing (including medication, diagnostic and imaging, minor operation, surgical operation, admission, etc.)
- Liaise with client and provider on approval and procedure fee
- Answer provider enquiry hotline
- Conduct case follow-up or investigation
- Answer both internal and external enquires from hotline or by email
- Assist in doing network Management
- Assist in claims processing
- Assist in maintaining protocol and providing medical knowledge training to staff
Job Requirements:
- Preferably 1-2 years relevant experience in Insurance/HealthCare industry
- Responsible, self-motivated, detail-oriented and be able to work in a team environment
- Strong sense at figures
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
