About this role
Job Summary
HCLTech is seeking an experienced Genesys Cloud CX Solution Architect to lead the design, transition, and operation of the Enterprise Contact Center tower for a large global manufacturing client. The role owns end-to-end solution architecture on Genesys Cloud CX (PureCloud) — from edge/PSTN connectivity and SBC integration through omnichannel routing, CRM/ITSM integrations, and optional AI/ML capabilities — across EMEA, APAC, NAFTA, and LATAM regions. The architect ensures the contact center platform is reliable, secure, compliant, and continuously improved, aligned to the client’s business objectives and the agreed service levels
Key Responsibilities
1. Architect And Design Secure Solutions Leveraging Azure Security And Palo Alto Technologies, Ensuring Alignment With Project Requirements And Organizational Standards.
2. Develop And Implement Training Programs For Team Members Focused On Azure Security And Palo Alto, Fostering A Culture Of Continuous Learning And Capability Enhancement.
3. Collaborate With Stakeholders To Gather And Analyze Specifications, Delivering Tailored Security Solutions That Address Client Needs And Industry Standards.
4. Stay Current With Emerging Technologies And Security Trends, Integrating New Solutions Into Existing Architectures To Enhance Security Posture And Meet Quality Benchmarks.
