Director - Program & Project Management

We are looking for the Program Manager SAP for Demerger program with 15 -20 years of SAP experience Resource will be responsible for leading and governing endtoend SAP carveout initiatives across business technology process data and integration workstreams

The role requires strong program management expertise deep understanding of SAP landscapes and proven experience in managing complex separation divestiture merger or transformation programs

Key Responsibilities

Lead the overall SAP carveout program planning execution governance reporting and stakeholder management

Define the program roadmap milestones dependencies risks assumptions and critical decision points

Coordinate with business functional technical infrastructure data security and thirdparty teams to ensure aligned execution

Manage SAP system separation activities including scope definition data carveout interface rationalization cutover planning testing and stabilization

Drive workstream governance across SAP modules such as Finance Controlling Procurement Sales Manufacturing Supply Chain HR Basis Security and Integration as applicable

Oversee project financials resource planning vendor coordination RAID management and executive status reporting

Facilitate steering committee meetings program reviews escalation forums and decisionmaking sessions

Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture security audit regulatory and data privacy requirements

Lead cutover strategy mock cutovers golive readiness hypercare planning and postgolive support governance

Act as the primary program interface between client leadership business stakeholders SAP delivery teams and system integrators

Required Skills and Experience

15-20 years of overall IT or ERP program management experience with at least 10 years in SAP transformation separation carveout merger or divestiture programs

Must have experience of DemergerCarve out project

Strong knowledge of SAP ECC andor SAP S4HANA landscapes including functional modules technical architecture integrations data Basis and security considerations

Experience managing largescale SAP implementation migration rollout upgrade or carveout programs in global environments

Proven ability to manage complex crossfunctional teams multiple vendors senior stakeholders and geographically distributed delivery teams

Strong understanding of data migration master data separation transactional data handling interface disentanglement and cutover execution

Excellent program governance risk management dependency tracking issue resolution and executive communication skills

Experience with Agile Waterfall or hybrid delivery models and standard project management tools

Ability to work under tight timelines manage ambiguity and drive decisions in highpressure transformation environments

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelors or masters degree in Information Technology Engineering Business Administration Finance or a related discipline

PMP Agile Scrum or SAP certification is preferred

Experience in finance carveout legal entity separation shared services transition TSA exit or enterprise transformation programs is an added advantage

Experience working with consulting system integration or global delivery organizations
