About the Role
The Director, Commercial DSP Partnerships will help drive the strategy, execution, and growth of commercial relationships across key DSP, agency, and platform demand partners.
This role sits at the intersection of product, partnerships, and revenue, supporting the connection between DSP account strategy and Demand Sales execution. As a player-coach, you will directly contribute to revenue outcomes while helping build go-to-market motions, commercial playbooks, and cross-functional alignment across Sales, Partnerships, and Sales Enablement.
We're looking for a commercial operator who thrives in cross-functional environments and is skilled at translating technical DSP capabilities into compelling, market-facing value propositions that drive adoption and growth.
What You'll Do
Support Commercial DSP Strategy
Execute the commercial strategy for a defined set of DSP partnerships, aligned to revenue goals and product priorities.
Serve as day-to-day relationship owner for select DSP and platform partners, driving joint growth initiatives.
Help identify new partnership opportunities and commercial packaging strategies.
Connect DSP Capabilities to Revenue
Translate DSP product capabilities and integrations into narratives that enable Demand Sales and Agency Partnerships.
Partner with DSP Account teams to ensure strong execution, campaign health, and revenue growth on assigned accounts.
Support repeatable workflows and communication frameworks that drive cross-functional alignment.
Support GTM & Sales Enablement
Contribute to go-to-market playbooks, commercial materials, and training programs.
Help deliver internal education on DSP deal strategy, platform capabilities, pricing models, and negotiation frameworks.
Work with Sales Enablement to roll out best practices across regions, verticals, and partner segments.
Contribute to Team Development
Mentor junior team members and/or manage a small team, fostering ownership and accountability.
Act as a hands-on contributor on key accounts.
Execute against KPIs set for commercial objectives.
What We're Looking For
4-6 years of experience in programmatic advertising, DSP commercial strategy, platform partnerships, or sales.
Solid knowledge of the programmatic ecosystem, including DSPs, SSPs, agencies, and major demand platforms.
Track record of contributing to revenue growth through partnerships in cross-functional environments.
Strong communication, storytelling, and negotiation skills.
Experience mentoring others or leading in a player-coach capacity.
Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort in fast-paced, evolving environments.
