Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative and sales support to Relationship Managers in managing affluent client portfolios.
- Assist in the seamless execution of wealth management transactions, including investment products, insurance, and treasury services.
- Facilitate client onboarding, account maintenance, and conduct regular Know-Your-Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) reviews in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Deliver high-quality customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving operational issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with internal product specialists and support teams to ensure efficient service delivery and operational excellence.
- Assist in preparing portfolio reports, market updates, and presentation materials for client meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in financial services, wealth management, or retail banking support roles.
- Possession of relevant financial advisory and investment certifications is highly advantageous.
- Sound understanding of wealth management products, financial markets, and banking compliance regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
- Proficiency in banking systems and standard office productivity software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
