Digital Marketing Specialist

What will do 

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will support the execution of marketing automation and demand generation programs across EMEA. Working closely with the Marketing Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day setup, execution, quality assurance, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns, including lead nurturing programs, webinars, events, and other demand generation initiatives across our marketing technology platforms. This role is ideal for an operationally focused marketer who enjoys working with marketing automation platforms, campaign execution, and process improvement.

How will you do it

• Execute marketing automation campaigns including email programs, webinars, events, lead nurture activities, and audience segmentation.
• Build and maintain campaign assets, workflows, forms, landing pages, and email journeys within marketing automation.
• Create and manage campaign records, audience uploads, and campaign tracking within Salesforce.
• Perform quality assurance checks across campaigns to ensure accurate targeting, tracking, and lead flow.
• Monitor lead processing and routing activities, troubleshooting operational issues when required.
• Support campaign reporting and performance analysis, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Assist with A/B testing initiatives to improve engagement and conversion performance.
• Collaborate with demand generation, sales, and regional marketing teams to support campaign execution requirements.
• Maintain campaign documentation, operational processes, and data quality standards.
• Support the Marketing Automation Manager with ongoing process improvements and marketing technology initiatives.

What we are looking for 

Required

• 3-5 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Marketing Automation, or Digital Marketing.
• Hands-on experience executing campaigns through marketing automation platforms (Oracle Eloqua, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, HubSpot, or similar)
• Experience working with Salesforce CRM or equivalent CRM systems.
• Understanding campaign management, audience segmentation, lead management, and marketing automation best practices.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign results and identify optimization opportunities.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Preferred

• Experience with Oracle Eloqua and Salesforce.
• Experience supporting webinar and virtual event platforms.
• Familiarity with reporting tools such as Power BI.
• Understanding of lead lifecycle management and demand generation processes.
• Experience working within a B2B technology or enterprise marketing environment.

The initial basic salary for this position will be in the range of € 46.100 - €63.400 per year, The final package will reflect your experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the role. We are committed to fair, equitable, and gender-neutral pay practices.
